Convert the fishing outing into an annual fishing tournament out of Tilghman Island with significant prizes, promotion, and press (as feasible)
Convert the golf outing into an annual golf tournament (same as above)
Reinstate the Bull and Oyster Roast
Start a formal Annual Gala dinner, with sponsorship, and a silent auction, and a guest speaker(s) with awards ("Man of the Year," "Woman of the Year") at the Grand Hyatt in Cambridge
The Sanctity of Life
Implement greater involvement in the national and state March For Life events (more participants/more buses… greater outreach to Saints Peter & Paul students – including 7th and 8th graders – and to parishioners)
Provide greater support to Pro-Life organizations
Sponsor a Pro-Life speaker/panel at a Saints Peter & Paul Parish event in the appropriately named Family Life Center
Outreach to the Latino Congregation
Provide Knights of Columbus financial support to the Our Lady of Guadalupe Festival
Support devotion of further parish resources to programs for the Latino congregation, and parish financial support for the Our Lady of Guadalupe Festival
Recruit Latino Knights (and better determine what role the Knights can play in support of our Latino brothers and sisters)
Sponsor a Pro-Life seminar in Spanish for the Latino congregation
Consider sponsoring a scholarship(s) to Saints Peter & Paul Elementary School and/or Saints Peter & Paul High School for students from needy Latino families
Support for Saints Peter & Paul High School
Conduct an annual oratorical contest tied to the Constitution at Saints Peter & Paul High School with three scholarship awards ($2,500, $1,000, $500) and with Knights serving as judges and local press coverage
(through the Fourth Degree, Father Mosley Assembly)
Sponsor a Saints Peter & Paul High School Pro-Life Poster (or Essay) Contest with prizes (Spring semester)
Sponsor a Saints Peter & Paul High School Substance-Abuse-Prevention Poster (or Essay) Contest with prizes (Fall semester)
Conduct a panel discussion for Saints Peter & Paul High School students on Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion (through the Fourth Degree, Father Mosley Assembly)
Provide guest lectures for Saints Peter & Paul High School classes and/or assemblies on agreed-upon topics such as career choices, lessons of life, and the value of being a person of Faith
Expand the “Hoop Shoot” free-throw-shooting contest from just the elementary school to include (separately, of course) the high school with award certificates and modest prizes or trophies for winners in different categories
